Overall our stay was really good. The place was clean and the utensils in the kitchen were complete. However the internet was not working since there was an outage of the specific internet carrier during our stay but the host refund us for the lack of internet connection. The host was responsive and helpful for my clarification and needs. Over all our stay good and will definitely recommend the host to others. 🙂❤️

Recommended! iIf you want to have a peaceful bonding in the balcony, this place is great! they have a table and 2 chairs at the balcony, also have wine glasses. You only need to buy/bring your own drinks, then you can chill there and gave a good talk with ur company. Also, lots of good restaurant and malls in the surrounding. if you need to buy/do something, there's 7/11 around, or dept stores, salon, etc.

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids! We had an incredible time staying at John Erwin's place with my nieces and nephews, who are all minors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was designed with care and attention to detail. The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a family, plenty of room for the kids to play while still giving everyone space to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make mealtime easy and fun. The location was fantastic, too—close to Festive walk and mall, Marketplace, coffee shops, korean bbq and more. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Great condo in the heart of the Megaworld / Festive walk area (and also close to SM Mall). Super clean condo in a luxury condo building including a gym, pool and friendly security. Walk to mall, restos, Korean Town and easy taxi access. Short taxi ride to Molo plaza and the Esplanade as well (go early to beat the heat). Highly recommend Rio's place.

The place was jsut as beautiful as advertised, it was clean and had everything needed within reach. The host was very responsive too. What we loved the most was the large tv positioned perfectly across the sofa

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. The host offers variety of drinks din na you can purchase on a reasonable price. Very accommodating din ni miss jorja; she replies to all my queries kahit madaling araw na. Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Our stay at the Alusiman home/ ma'am Sonnete's place was truly fantastic! From the moment we arrived, our host, Ma'am Sonnette, proved to be incredibly accommodating. Every single one of our requests was granted, making our experience exceptionally comfortable. We really appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to help, whether it was efficiently fixing a minor internet issue or kindly lending us an iron when we needed it. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything necessary for a smooth and enjoyable visit. The place itself was wonderfully homey and comfortable, offering a perfect sanctuary. It felt like a true home away from home, with comfortable beds. We even had a small mishap and accidentally broke a glass, but Ma'am Sonnette was incredibly understanding and completely okay about it, which truly put us at ease and spoke volumes about her gracious hospitality. I highly recommend the Alusiman Home to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and accommodating stay. ❤️

My friends and I enjoyed the stay there. Though the cabinets and furnitures isn’t that well maintained but the price is still reasonable.

The house is really relaxing and well laid out. A real moment of rest and comfort at a very decent price, which Bago City and the surrounding area offer very little. The landlord is very responsive, accommodating and visible that he wants the well-being of his tenants. I highly recommend it.

This place is amazing! It's super close to a mall, which is really convenient. Plus, it has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise view and city lights. You're going to love it here!😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Louee's place. The place is really comfortable and has a good scenery. The host and staff were super friendly. The place is near malls so it has good access to any restaurants or groceries if you need one.

The place truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and conveniently located near Megaworld and other top spots. Everything was great! My only small suggestion would be to provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Other than that, it’s a solid 6/5 experience!

We had a good stay at this place. We got to rest well for a marathon because of his very soft and quality mattresses and bed linens. Despite the fact that the building is beside the street, the unit is quite sound-proof. Will definitely book again.

I had a spectacular stay here! My host was extremely accomodating during the busy season in Iloilo as it was Dinagyang and the additional technical issues of the booking! She was very communicative and assisted me with all my queries. I recommend this stay to anyone in Iloilo who would like to be close to the city and all the fun.
