Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Quiet stone country house

Charming little stone house, in a village in the heart of the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Come and recharge your batteries just 1 hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Fontainebleau. The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

Colombier converted into a duplex studio located inside a seventeenth century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 rooms in duplex of 18m2: on the 1st, living room with a fitted kitchen, table, sofa, TV; on the floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.

Parties/Pro Photos/Filming/Ceremonies/Pets not allowed. No additional visitors.

This accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet and can accommodate you for relaxation or work.

We offer an independent 18 m2 studio, located in the courtyard of our main house, in the small, very quiet country village of Guillerval. Our studio is located 500 m from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. CHECK-IN: FROM 4pm TO 8pm. CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11am If you'd like to check in before or check out after these times, please let us know and we'll see if it's possible.
