Studio with balcony near Melun

Refurbished 28 m2 studio with 5 m2 balcony, south-facing so very bright. The studio is located on the 10th floor of a residence with parking, caretaker and intercom in the town of Mée sur Seine. At the foot of the building is the pretty Debreuil Park, possibility to stroll, sports course, a touch of greenery between Le Mée and Melun. Melun is therefore accessible on foot via this park, as well as the train station (25 min walk, 10 min by bus) with Paris 30 min via Transilien R (Gare de Lyon).

This small 45m2 stone outbuilding adjoining the owners' main house, is located on a one-way and quiet street. Parking on the street is free of charge. The space has been thoughtfully appointed. You will stay in a traditional, refurbished, detached house.
