¡buen alojamiento, La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo lo interesante. Moverse por ahí fue super fácil, con transporte a la vuelta de la esquina. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. Najiba ha sido muy amable, ha estado ahí en todo momento, responde rápido. Lo recomiendo muchísimo 👍🏼❤️

This is a beautiful space which was perfect for a mid-trip luxurious break to catch up on some well needed sleep in a comfortable, cool and peaceful space. We took the opportunity to catch up on laundry, enjoy a cup of tea and sit in front of the telly to put our feet up after a long week of trekking the desert, mountains and souks of Morocco!! I was sad to leave as the night’s sleep we had was one of the best. Would recommend.

Todo impecable, salvo que los últimos días se sintió mucho olor a desagüe en el baño principal. Salvo esto, el alojamiento es precioso y muy bueno para alojarse.

Mijn man en ik mochten 4 nachten verblijven in dit geweldige appartement. Hele fijne en brandschone appartement met perfect locatie in Marrakech! Op loopafstand van plaza in Gueliz. Bij aankomst was Youssef aanwezig om ons te verwelkomen en heeft ons goed begeleid met duidelijke instructies. Wij komen zeker terug!

Un séjour absolument parfait dans la médina de Marrakech ! L’hôte est hyper sympa, très accueillant et surtout toujours disponible. Il nous a donné plein de super infos pour visiter la ville, découvrir des endroits authentiques et profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : un vrai régal, copieux, varié et plein de saveurs locales, c’était un vrai moment de bonheur chaque matin ! Le logement est superbe, décoré avec goût, très propre et vraiment agréable à vivre. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Une vraie pépite au cœur de la médina, je recommande à 100% !

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits. Nous étions 3 couples en famille. Notre arrivée a été facilitée par la réservation d une navette qui nous attendait à l’aéroport. Le vol arrivait tôt et la ́navette nous a déposé dans un café place jemma el fna en attendant le checkin. Nous avons pu remettre nos valises à 11h au porteur qui nous a conduit à pieds au riad Khadija était présente pour nous accueillir elle était très serviable et souriante. Cette personne est une valeur ajoutée aux lieux Nous avons pris tous les petits déjeuners ainsi que 3 repas. Une cuisine de qualité des produits frais et des menus typiquement marocains. Le cadre est plus qu’agréable pour les repas. Le riad est très bien placé pour les visites et le quartier est tranquille, à proximité du palais royal (au bout de la rue). Sans oublier les literies de qualité. À recommander chaudement. Deborah & Stéphane

Aziz place was just as described. We felt right at home here. Betty was fantastic and cooked us a lovely breakfast each day and even cooked us an authentic Moroccan meal one evening. We loved how we were in the hub of Marrakech culture and learned so much. Would definitely recommend this Riad for your stay

Der Aufenthalt in dem Riad war wundervoll. Wir wurden super instruiert und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Omar hat für uns einen Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und so war die Ankunft sehr angenehm. Super schönes Riad, sauber, gut gelegen und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

We brought the whole family to Marrakesh for a few days, and this Riad was absolutely perfect! There were 7 of us in total, and the space was more than comfortable for everyone. Each morning, Ezra greeted us with a fresh, delicious breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it easy to start our days without the hassle of finding food. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the Medina. We were just minutes away from iconic spots like Jemma el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace, and countless souks (more than we could explore in our 3-day stay!). It was the ideal home base for discovering the magic of Marrakesh. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for an authentic and convenient experience in the city!

Magnifique séjour grâce à Hebba, nous avons atterri tard, et elle a pris la peine de se déplacer en pleine nuit (1h du matin). Elle est très réactive, elle répond très vite, et propose d’elle même si ont a besoin de quoi que ce soit ect… le logement est magnifiquement décoré on s’y sent vraiment bien et très bien sécurisé. Du linge de douche jusqu’au linge de lit c’est très qualitatif un 11/10 ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et à vous recommander à nos amis. Merci encore pour tout 🙏🏼☺️

situation excellente dans un magnifique quartier , de très bons restaurants à 3 minutes à pieds la belle place de jema el fna à 15 minutes à pieds taxi au coin de la rue grandes chambres , grand salon tout le confort et résidence sécurisée

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Our stay was great and really comfortable. I came with my sister and 2 elderly parents so needed a place that was accessible for them. The apartment was in a good location, working lift and near all the amenities. I must say Saif was super helpful with all my questions and Hamid the doorman was great. The only watch out is that there is construction work going on opposite the building and they do start quite early but it still didn't put us off. It wasn't disruptive enough. I would definitely stay again!
