Monthly Rentals in Guaza

We loved our stay here. The home comes with everything you need and it’s so close by to all the activities and beaches etc yet the neighbourhood itself is really peaceful - and much more affordable! The garden was wonderful and we enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee outside in the mornings! Thank you for having us!

We felt very comfortable. Nico is super friendly and made check-in easy and straightforward with pictures and instructions and was available at all times. 😄 The apartment was very neat and clean, equipped with everything you need. The balcony overlooking the sea was of course also perfect. ☀️ In the area, there are many restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars and of course the sea within walking distance. We were more than satisfied with everything and can recommend a stay! 😊 Alina & Johannes

We had a lovely welcome from Andrei and his father. They were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, close to supermarkets and restaurants and had a lovely sunny balcony and pool area in a nice quiet complex. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future.
