Vacation rentals with beach access in Guayabo

If you are seeking for a peaceful retreat in nature this place is for you. Nice ocean breeze very well shaded property, did not miss air conditioning at all. Make a left at the boat ramp go to dead end of street make a right, you will find a trail to a paradise view. Great for walking and swimming. Natural serene location. We loved our stay. Walter is an amazing host. On the second day we lost the keys to the apartment and Walter was very attentive and fast to answer and come to our rescue and gave us a spare. Although it can be noisy sometimes, we felt very comfy and protected in our own privacy. Even the use of the jacuzzi was great. We had an awesome time and would definitely come again.

Place was clean and peaceful. it looked just like the pictures provided. a little difficult to find unit parking once on property. I usually get property with laundry and doors were locked and host never got back to me once I notified him indeed access. other than that a great place

We stayed at Coral of the Seas- Sun Coral for three days and really enjoyed our stay. The place is charming, clean, has all you need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the beach, and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was easy and Wilfredo is an excellent host. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. The pool and the beach were amazing! The location is central and even walking distance to a couple of pretty good food/drink places. And, there are even more restaurants if you walk down the beach. Walking into the apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos look. It is clean and the air conditioning was great. We appreciated the washer/dryer. There are some general comfort things we enjoy when we travel that we missed in this apartment. The “hot water” is NOT hot and there is hardly any pressure at all. The kitchen isn’t well equipped. We had to buy a cookie sheet and oven mitts to reheat leftovers. The beds were okay, but the couches, chairs, and outdoor furniture were not very comfortable. One unnerving thing - all the smoke detectors were missing. Overall, we had a really nice stay. Pedro is pleasant but not super quick to respond. Checkout was very easy.

This is my third time at this beautiful property. Omar is a great host who is always responsive.

We were looking for a spot on the beach with the basics and close to a lot of different places. It was perfect and would love to visit soon !

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

Rae and Jeff were great to communicate with and very welcoming. The house looks exactly like it does online0- dreamlike/peaceful and serene. We read recommendations in the house and went to a few places - everywhere we ate was incredible. We wish we had more time!! Great family trip - highly recommend!

This is a beautiful pristine home inside and out with everything you need to have a relaxing stay.We got a tour of the home when we arrived we felt at home the beds are very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We did get lost getting to the property but the host was available and took the call we made to him and he guided us by phone to the home. There are horses up the road that my grandson and family enjoyed feeding. There is a restaurant very close to the home that we ate at it has outside seating and good food. I would definetly stay at this home again

Super clean, great location (driving distance close to the beach, restaurants, and local spots, but still quiet enough to unwind) and Allison was on point (friendly, helpful, and quick to respond). Heads up: the main areas don’t have AC (yes, we read the reviews too), but honestly, the breeze and ceiling fans did their job. We didn’t fire up the appliances but the kitchen was well stocked, including a grill. Although we didn’t use them bonus points for beach chairs and other goodies. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it just as much the second time! The house was perfect for 8 of us and we enjoyed the quiet beach! Perfect vacation spot for anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

My wife and I were visiting Puerto Rico for the first time and we had booked to stay at a resort in San Juan the whole week we were there. After speaking to locals and other vacationers they said we needed to check out the west side of the island. We found this place and it was perfect! Unfortunately, as soon as we got to the rental it started to rain, and didn’t stop until we were leaving. The host obviously couldn’t help that. We were still able to walk to the beach and enjoy the private pool for a few minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and listening to all the sounds around us. We were very thankful for all the recommendations the host sent. We had some amazing food while we were there! The rental was just as described and very clean!

Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Maria was an awesome host. The apartment was perfect, great views, right next to the beach and close to the areas I was visiting while traveling the Island. If you want an awesome place to stay while visiting the West of the Island, Marias Place is the one to choose!!!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Great place , beautiful views , kitchen fully stocked , balcony and pool were great for relaxing . Beach in front is nice for walking to the local beach area 10 min down.

Amazing view from sunrise to sunset, very clean spacious apartment. Super comfortable bed! The unit is stocked with beach essentials, kitchen appliances and laundry necessities. Best to arrive during the day since the roads are dark and the location can be a bit tricky. Make sure to pack bug repellant if you plan to sit on the balcony :)

We had a great time at Table Rock Penthouse.....From waking up every morning with a beautiful view from every corner to spending great time with the family in every room. Its very well equiped, from cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment to board games, cards and puzzles. We loved it!!! Host was very attentive and responsive. There is a lot to do around, variety of restaurants and activities. Will definitely come back. Thanks!! 🤗

We stayed for a week as a family of 5 and were super comfortable! The rooftop porch area was great for dinners and the kitchen was great for lunches midday. We we even got in a movie or two in the evening. Lorna was great and helpful, even finding us some excellent local coffee and delivering not to us! Great hosts, great stay!
