Vacation rentals with a patio in Guatavita

From the moment we arrived, we could see that it was a quality place to stay. What really impressed me was that obviously the windows were sound proof. There was construction very close by, and without that, the noise would have been unbearable. All window shades were electric, and the bathrooms were nice and modern, in fact the entire apartment was either new or updated. The water in the showers was a constant temperature, and no need to constantly make adjustments. TVs in the living room and bedroom as well. About a week and a half in to our 3 week stay, for some reason Netflix pooped out on us, but we survived it. The bedroom boasted a very comfortable king sized bed. Fully stocked kitchen, with coffee, sugar, and salt. The entire apartment was clean, clean, clean. A word of advice, because I've experienced this 2x now in different apartments: don't use the dryer in a w/d combo. Just hang the clothes. They'll smell much better. Just saying. Over all, we had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was tidy and gorgeous. Located in a safe and secure area.Close to the supermarket and restaurant. Communication with our host is clear and attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. Had trouble connecting to my wifi, however the Host immediately addressed the issue. We felt comfortable and protected during our entire visit.

This place exceeded my expectations. It felt like home away from home. The checking process was smooth and I had a great time here.

The apartment is a feast for the eyes and looks like the pictures. I felt very comfortable. Jonathan is always available to help and advise. Great communication. You can walk to the center relatively quickly and there are shops in the immediate vicinity. Will definitely come back.

It's a very nice place and farm. An ideal atmosphere for rest. Ana was so nice to us and responded quickly to all requests. The region is very beautiful with beautiful landscapes and is very close to the town of Guasca. We look forward to coming back!

The place is like an estate with 3 houses. The main one that is Fabiola and Francisco's home and there are two other little ones with a very comfortable kitchen and bathroom. There is another very nice accommodation that is a room with a bathroom and living room and shares the kitchen with the main house. The houses in the accommodation are nice and equipped with everything needed for an excellent stay. The garden is wonderful and the dogs are lovely friendly, quiet. There is a barbecue space and several spaces to spend the day on the estate. The landscapes of the countryside where the estate is located are very beautiful. Thank you both for your kind attention! What a fantastic place to stay in Bogota! Jesse is a wonderful host. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. Close to absolutely everything, including close to my family who lives there. I was always within walking distance to my family’s home so that was a bonus for me. Fantastic area, great apartment building with friendly guards and an overall great place. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely choose it next time I’m back in Bogota! Thanks Jesse!

In general the place was fine, as Andrea describes it in the post, the only thing is that the bathroom in the main room is very narrow and uncomfortable, but overall a good place to spend a quiet vacation

I had the opportunity to stay for a long stay with my family with 2 kids. Comfortable place, close to Satafe shopping mall. Host was supper helpful and solving quickly minor issues faced during the stay. I recommend Marleth's apartment for small families and if a safe place is sought for.

The stay with Cesar was incredibly good, super host , the apartment is very comfortable, the place is central but quiet, many shops around.

This is the third time I have stayed here- and as always it was great! Always recommend if you plan on staying in the area!
