Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guarne

I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

Es un barrio residencial, no hay nada que visitar pero es conveniente para ir al aeropuerto o a eventos en río negro. Atención: El check in es tedioso, demasiadas preguntas, formularios, mensajes, correos. Me preguntaron varias veces lo mismo y la verdad desde antes de llegar ya estaba estresada con tanto protocolo. Mensajes y más mensajes de la parte de la cohost que si bien trataba de ser muy amable era demasiado repetitiva. Para saber que al final la información no la retenía y volvía a preguntar al revés. A pesar de los inconvenientes de comunicación. El apartamento sigue siendo un buena opción.

I've been using Airbnb for 13 years and this stands out as one of the nicest apartments I've experienced. It's perfectly styled and convenient with a full-sized washer and dryer, great shower, automatic shades, and all the kitchen amenities you need. We also loved the porch hammock! The location is perfectly situated: walkable to nightlife with an amazing bakery across the street and a great grocery store a couple blocks away. Note that as of 6/1/25 there is construction happening on a building nearby so I recommend bringing earplugs for the morning, but this didn't detract from our experience.

First and foremost, the apartment and views were absolutely stunning. It was even more beautiful than the pictures could capture. The building was extremely secure and the area was very safe. There was conveniently a great restaurant for breakfast/lunch in the lobby and we could walk to everything we needed like a large gym, pharmacy, ATM or other small restaurants. All the best night life and mall were just a short drive away. Caro made the experience easy and exceptional and help us navigate the extras like a chef and massage therapists. The apartment was amazing and Caro was even better. I will definitely ask her to stay there again on an upcoming trip.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

Casa Colibrí was absolutely peaceful and unforgettable! This lake house in Guatapé has been hands down our favorite stay. The views of the lake were beautiful and swimming in the lake from the dock was a highlight for us and our 2 year old son. Along with Mona the dog, the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet. We were there in rainy season, which was mostly sunny every day with rain in the evenings. So if you’re wondering whether you should come in rainy season, you should! The house itself was cozy, spotless, and fully stocked for a relaxing getaway. The artistic touches make the home one of a kind. We were especially appreciative of the recommendations from our host—we received massages at the house and took an amazing boat ride. Even though it’s tucked away in nature, it was surprisingly easy to get around, with quick access to the town and the famous Piedra del Peñol via motochiva. If you’re looking for a place to experience tranquility, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Casa Chévere for a short friends’ retreat and absolutely loved it! The house is fantastic — fully equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the outdoor areas. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the place feel welcoming and complete. Communication with Sergio and Brenda was excellent from the start — always responsive, kind, and helpful. Fabio, the property manager, was also great to work with: friendly, professional, and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The location is easy to access, and once you arrive, it’s the perfect spot to relax, connect, and enjoy time with friends. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Chévere to anyone looking for a well-appointed and thoughtfully managed place to stay.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!
