The Sea View - The Nest

At La Vista del Mar we have two new units "The View" and "The Nest". Each accommodates two adults and if necessary arrangements can be made for a third person. The property and units were recently renovated and offer a quiet and relaxing setting right on the beach with private beach entrance and private beach shower. Bellissimo Ocean Paradise House

Amazing Beachfront with Pool and Ocean Access 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom home which is completely under A/C. Beachfront/ Ocean views may be seen from huge windows in the dining/ living and kitchen areas. Enjoy the swimming pool in the backyard that has a shallow sun deck to sit on while soaking in the warmth of Puerto Rico.Open floor plan and spacious design. Enjoy BBQ under gazebo or the covered patio. All bedrooms have large screen TV’s. The house also has a generator back up and water cistern.

Completely remodeled beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. You will enjoy A/C in every room of the house. A gem in “La Esmeralda del Sur” in Patillas, Puerto Rico. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Playa Inches. This beautiful and unique beach is very frequented by surfers. My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

Cozy Beachfront house with private pool

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

Good location, rooms are spacious. Great to have the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The pool a plus even though I did not use it, I will when I return . Great for a quick getaway and to get to know the area. The host was great in communicating and always being available.
