Beautiful house near the beach

Beautiful townhouse three blocks from the beach. Quiet beach, family atmosphere next to the local shops in Balneário Coroados - GUARATUBA. It has three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, all bedrooms with balcony, ceiling fans and window with mosquito screens. Living room combined with kitchen, the room has a sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen has all the utensils. Outdoor area with garage, barbecue area and swimming pool. A privileged location, 10 minutes from the city center.

A clear swimming pool reflects the surrounding greenery and the two-story house above. Palm trees can be seen lining the edges, and patio furniture is positioned nearby, contributing to a spacious and serene outdoor environment.

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

A serene beach scene features soft sands leading to gentle waves lapping at the shore. Several beachgoers can be seen enjoying the sun, with colorful beach equipment positioned nearby. Lush greenery borders the sandy area, offering a natural contrast to the blue sky and ocean.

Simple and cozy, located at Praia de Coroados, next to Barra do Saí. The house is at the end of the lot, leaving a vast lawn in front of it. It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

A dining area is visible with a large table surrounded by dark wicker chairs. A ceiling fan adds comfort. Through large glass doors, a private pool and outdoor lounging area can be seen, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection.
