Our stay was perfect, we felt 100% at home. Salete's care, who was always available for any questions, and Ronaldo's attention were exceptional. The apartment is perfect, you don't even feel like going out for a walk, everything is very perfect and cozy. We will definitely be back, we love it!!!

My stay in this apartment was just wonderful! The highlight, without a doubt, was the unforgettable view — opening the windows every day and being faced with that landscape was something really special. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the view was breathtaking and made the experience even more memorable. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized, with very tasteful decoration and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The host was very attentive and gave great tips on what to do in the area. Check-in was simple and practical, which made our arrival much easier. I highly recommend this place for those looking for comfort, practicality and a view that will stay in your memory. I would definitely come back!

The space matches the photos, it was clean and accommodated my mother and I comfortably. The view from the living room window is beautiful. The place has a heater and fireplace for cold days. Overall we liked it a lot, soft bed, good location. Uber, taxi and iFood delivery arrive easily. There are several cooking accessories, we just suggest that you leave a coffee strainer holder for coffee lovers. Eliza always responded promptly when there were questions. We appreciate the stay and the rest days.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Diego and Luciana served me super well. The district allowed a more flexible check-in (determining factor for me to close the deal). The place is like in the photos, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, has a water filter, is spacious, and has 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. All perfect. The only downside in my vision is the price. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the location is located in Brás.

Lovely place, lot's to do around great bars and restaurants, the apartment was lovely but the building itself is amazing great views from the top!!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

It was good the stay! I took my children and although the building did not have a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a high chair, a piggy bank, a hair dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swabs. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.
