The 2,000 m2 plot has a private ramp for boats and jet skis. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a suite with a double bed. A large bathroom serves the bedrooms. A ilha localiza-se a 50min de Paranaguá e 25 minutos de barco de Guaraqueçaba , local ideal para descanso. Acesso somente de barco. Lembrando que trata-se de uma ilha e pode haver episódios de falta de luz, foi instalado cisterna em janeiro 2026 pois na tempora costuma faltar água.
