The place is very good, quiet, very clean and organized, Renata is very attentive. The only constructive observation we make is in relation to the bath towels that smelled like they had been stored, other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

Very nice, comfortable apartment, new and functional furniture and equipment. Great bed and air conditioning. We missed having a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Everything is far away, you need a car or Uber. Poor soundproofing, a lot of noise from the street, cars, traffic and the neighbors themselves. The apartment itself is wonderful.

Reginaldo was a very friendly and proactive host. Always available to answer our questions, we had a problem with the power and it was quickly resolved. The loft was impeccably clean and the location is amazing. There is everything in the surroundings and in the neighborhood. Very close to the beach and with bicycles and scooters in the square in front of the apartment. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

I had to spend a week in the city to resolve medical issues and rest, this Airbnb was the best decision I made. Although it seems like a remote place at first (which I was already looking for), the location is super safe, ideal for those looking for tranquility without having to be far from the city's movement — a true oasis (definitely the best view in Vitória/Vila Velha). In addition to the beauty of the surrounding nature (you can go hiking and enjoy the beach on foot), the loft itself is extremely cozy, ideal for traveling alone or as a couple. This deck with a view is a master balcony. For those who need/want to prepare their own food, the accommodation is very well equipped, but the guests also provide drinks and snacks. Food and ride apps are available, no different from the rest of the city. Impeccable stay, in my opinion. 10/10 cost-benefit. I'll be back for sure.

They were wonderful days! Located close to several bars and the excellent Açaiteria The Best with many soverte options(download the app and earn points) ! The site is easy access to the various shopping and tourist points of Vila Velha . To go to Vitória we can choose the aquaviario that is very close to the famous plaza da prainha). Márcia is a lot of request, excellent host! My husband and I are extremely grateful for the excellent service that Márcia offered us! We'll be back for sure! Excellent stay in Vitória! Edna's apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and safe accommodation. All instructions are detailed and designed for the best possible convenience. The building is very well located, facing the beach and offers many leisure options. It is quite easy to get around the city, as the place is very close to the airport and the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay there again!
