An ideal retreat for families, couples and groups. Wake up listening to birds and the sound of the stream's water. Broadband Internet, Free Wi-Fi and parking for 4 cars, 2 of which are covered. Newly built house in the Ponta do Sol neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Capitólio. 6 spacious en-suites, with double and single beds. Kitchen with 50' TV, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, beer maker, freezer, 5-burner stove. Internal and external bathroom with shower. Cozy house on the edge of the reservoir, a great distinguishing characteristic in the region. Pool overlooking the reservoir and kiosk. Floating platform with table and benches for resting or fishing. Ample parking.
