Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guanabara Bay

Great place, surely my favorite address for my next getaways in Rio. First of all, the accommodation is easy to access and the host is super responsive and flexible. He adjusted the checkout time following my late flight and responded to my messages very quickly. The residence is in a great location, close to the sights to see (Copacabana, Corcovado, Pao de Azucar etc.) available a few minutes' drive away and for non-vehicles there is the tram and several buses next door. The staff of the residence is of quality and the heated pool is accessible until 9 p.m. All the usual amenities (smart TV, fiber internet, washing machine) and some hygiene products are available, in addition to towels for the shower and pool which is appreciable. I recommend it!!

The atmosphere is very peaceful, very close to Flamengo beach, it has a bike stop right in front, in the surroundings many restaurants, bars and markets, in short... only compliments from the region. The apartment is as described and in the photos, with an extremely privileged and extremely beautiful view. We stayed to participate in the Rio Marathon and it was literally 5 to 7 minutes walking, in addition to being very close to Santos Dumont airport, which is a huge facility both on the way to and from home. Anyway, only compliments from the place and its hosts, rent without fear!

The studio is very nice. It meets all the needs of those who stay, it has everything we need. Wonderful location, we didn't use a car to get where we wanted to go. The Host is very considerate and polite. I will always recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.❤️

Ronney's service is impeccable! I always request it, with excellent information. The apartment is clean, spacious, complete, everything well thought out. He left several kitchen items that made it super easy when we arrived, as well as some delicious treats. Our son loved the toy he had, he had a great time. The place is quiet, well ventilated, close to the beach, market, pharmacy and everything else. We loved everything from start to finish, it was wonderful!

Incredible apartment, with a 10-star view of Cristo, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since waking up was a dream. Located in one of the best areas in RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location couldn't be better, both reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. The hosts are very attentive and kind; they were super affectionate and gifted us with some special treats that made our stay even more unforgettable. 10000 stars. SUPER Recommended

I have no words to describe this paradise, I'm in love! I went with a group of friends, we had no problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back more often!

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that works until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near downtown Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite to me, towels, bedding, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in RJ was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very quick and clear, he was always very polite. On an upcoming trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
