I loved this place! Cabin-in-the-woods vibes on a hill in Santa Teresa with a large front porch overlooking beautiful views of Centro Rio and the bay. Apartment is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Well-ventilated, but AC is available for hot days and it works very well. Aymeric and Victor Getulio were both very responsive and helpful as hosts. And don't forget the cats! Location is a 10 minute walk to the major commercial areas of ST and about a 25 minute walk to the Gloria metro station. Right next to the only super market in ST. A great experience. The place is at the top of a long set of stairs, equivalent of a third or fourth story walkup building. I would stay here again and again, thank you Aymeric!

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

Rodrigo's space is beautiful, very well located, clean and fragrant, with everything close by! Not to mention the view, which is a dream… Besides, he is a super attentive host, he knew we were coming to Lady Gaga's show and left a welcome surprise. Perfect for enjoying Rio 💖

The apartment is great, it matches the description and photos. Excellent location, safe area, with bars, restaurants and market nearby. André was very helpful and flexible, making our stay very easy. I recommend it to everyone!

I had a great stay in Rio in June..the apartment is very conveniently placed near restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, the metro and much more. The double bed is comfortable and a strong hot shower makes your day. The best part of all is the seamless easy check-in...I loved it....I hope to be back soon...

Location as described, great room, full kitchen, even had cold water on arrival, close to markets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, subway, etc. Eduardo was very helpful, flexible with us and very quick in his responses, this helped us a lot, we strongly recommend him for all these differences with total certainty, soon we will return to stay in this same space.

It's rare to find accommodation where the place is exactly what the photos say, and where education and kindness reign! We were well received!

Rose is a great host who is very warm, attentive and super prepared. She shares all the necessary information in advance and welcomes you with snacks and drinks. The apartment is right on the Copacabana, where restaurants, supermarkets and the sea are right on site. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories for a carefree vacation. There's nothing missing!

We only stayed two nights but it was definitely worth it! Location is great; on the main street with lots of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The large terrace is also wonderful! Both in the morning to wake up quietly and in the evening with buzz & live music from the nearby cafes. Nice experience in an authentic atmosphere.

The experience was incredible and refreshing The place is MAGICAL, the silence and peace that this place brings is inexplicable! The place is very beautiful, extremely private and very well maintained and clean, exactly as in the photos. A highlight for attention to extremely fragrant bed and bath linens. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, plus it has an outdoor area with a barbecue and a heated whirlpool that are perfect. The hosts are extremely considerate and kind. My husband and I were delighted and left with a taste of nostalgia, we hope to come back again.

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

The house is great, it exceeded our expectations. Lucas was one of the best hosts we've ever had, in addition to the quick responses, all the requested adjustments were made with extreme goodwill and agility. The house is so good that it deserved to have a heater in the pool to be unbeatable. We'll be back for sure.

What an amazing weekend at Vista do Recanto Itaipava, a super clean, organized, very cozy place. Roberta welcomed us in the best way, always proactive, made all the difference. Unique place, my wife and I love this place. The saddest moment is the time to leave, lol. Just thank you, very top.

Excellent stay. Exactly as described. The host and his family were very hospitable and kind to us. To enter the place, we need to go through the kitchen, but it did not affect privacy at all, because the place is separate from the house. We kept a copy of the keys, which gave us even more privacy. Clear instructions, before and during the stay. Wonderful location, very close to the subway, R. Nelson Mandela (full of restaurants), Casa Firjan, Casa Rui Barbosa, pharmacies, supermarket, bakeries, snack bars. Hot shower, hair dryer, comfortable bed, clothesline, hangers available. Clean bathroom. And there was plenty of cold water available in the refrigerator, which made a big difference to us. The house is in a safe, quiet and very peaceful village. There is a door in the bedroom that opens onto a balcony, we left it open at bedtime and it was very cool. It was a great experience, we intend to come back more often.

We were in a group of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay. This airbnb was very close (walking distance) to lots of good restaurants and Leblon's shooping mall and to the beach. The host was super attentive and was always helpful when we needed. The place was clean like the pictures and we would definately book again if we ever come back to Rio. Overall is was an great experience.

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, it has everything you need and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet for walking, places with good value for money, pharmacy. The view from the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Reserva Beach (10 minutes by bike from Itaú, which is next door), which is surreal in its beauty!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you can't hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron steps and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and grocery stores very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz was always attentive to our questions.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
