Excellent from the dealings with the host to check-out. The apartment is exactly as in the listing, very well equipped and with all the amenities listed (bed linens, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The area is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close by. And finally the balcony, with a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back other times.

I loved the stay, the apartment is very functional, it has what you need, everything is new and clean. Access to Riocentro is amazing, very close. The building has a restaurant on the ground floor and a grocery store. I loved it! Whenever I need to, I'll come back. Thank you very much Ricardo and Uliana!

My stay on this Airbnb was excellent! The space is comfortable, well decorated and offers all amenities for a peaceful trip. The location is great, and communication with the host was always quick and efficient. The only detail that could improve is the bathroom drains, which clogged easily, and the water pressure in the shower of the suite, which was very weak. Everything else was perfect and I would certainly come back! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and practicality.

Excellent accommodation. For me, the most important thing is the bed and the shower, and in Claudia's apartment they are excellent. A quiet, very clean and private apartment. The condominium is very good, excellent for resting and also for working. The internet worked very well. The apartment is close to the beach and also to the Rio Sul mall, which I love. We'll be back soon.

The house is simply wonderful. Better than on the pictures. Selenia and her husband welcomed us with great hospitality and guided us through check-in, showing us all the accommodations. If you're looking for a spacious and well-located house in the area, this is a good choice.

House exactly as in the pictures. Well complete with all necessary household utensil, very good gourmet area. I felt at home. Close to the beach, bakery, etc. You can rent without fear.

A WONDERFUL SUPER A UNIQUE WELCOME I WAS SURPRISED UPON ARRIVAL WITH A BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST TABLE FULL OF PAMPERING ,MY FAMILY WAS VERY WELL ACCOMMODATED . THE INDICATION OF MAURA TO TAKE CARE OF OUR FOOD WAS GOLDEN KEY TO MAKE ME THE MOST CALM MY SON ALREADY ASKING TO HIRE. EVERY DAY SHE MADE CONTACT OVER THE PHONE ASKING IF SHE NEEDS SOMETHING VERY CONSIDERATE. AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HOLD EVENTS THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH TABLES FOR GUEST TOWELS OF TABLEWARE FOR THE KITCHEN JUST GO AND FALL IN THE DIVING ROOM!!!!!

The stay was simply perfect! Maurício was an exemplary host, super attentive and present in every detail. He gave us full support throughout the stay, set up the fire every night and was willing to help whenever possible. Communication was clear and fast from start to finish, and that made all the difference. The house is also wonderful — we all feel very welcome, both the children and our pets! We are already looking forward to returning at another time and enjoying this very special experience in Itaipava again.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
