The experience we had was excellent! The apartment is in a great location, with bars, restaurants, shopping, subway and bus stop very close to the place, and this made a big difference to our stay. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, and even extra items such as a first aid kit, umbrellas and cleaning products. Not to mention that the view is incredible, every day and time we have a different art to enjoy from the window. In addition, they were flexible with the check-in time, which helped us a lot. I highly recommend the experience and I will definitely come back more often

This was a quaint and cozy spot for a stay in Rio, close to all the beaches. It had a beautiful view with great amenities, and shopping and food and a entire Mall within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in rio. great communication with the host, a fair price value. Very secure and safe as well.

Antônio and Tathiana's place is fantastic. Super-equipped house with everything you might need. Well decorated and with direct access to Joatinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region. The view is wonderful and Thatiana is a great host. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. The house is wonderful, well structured with household utensils and everything you need for a good medium-term stay. Urca is beautiful, quiet, a place apart from Rio de Janeiro. And the location is close to the most “trendy” sights. Praia Vermelha is very close, trails, access to Sugarloaf Mountain. Beautiful! Next to the most traditional restaurants in the neighborhood as well, you can do everything on foot.

The studio is very nice. It meets all the needs of those who stay, it has everything we need. Wonderful location, we didn't use a car to get where we wanted to go. The Host is very considerate and polite. I will always recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.❤️

Nice place to stay. By the beach, close to shops and metro stations. Location not far from touristic spots, you don't spend much with uber/taxi. Flexible check-out and also provided usb charger. Fast and friendly to answer questions.

Veronica’s apartment is well-located and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to touristic attractions or to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Veronica is very responsive and helpful.

Wow, this place was heavenly! Truly a respite inside the city with such unique and beautiful design. The pool was so special to have and the beds extremely comfortable. The outdoor showers just pushed it over the top, we loved our stay so much! One thing to note is that this place is not self check in/ out. You are dependent on meeting up with someone at a specified time to get access into the home or to leave the keys at the end of your stay. I wasn’t sent any check out instructions proactively and had to reach out to ask what to do with the keys / how to leave the place. Other important notes is that there is no grocery store any where in the vicinity. We got by with what we could find at convenience stores but I would strongly recommend coming with food. Lastly the hill up to the house is super steep so you’ll get your exercise but the restaurant Bonde Boca down the hill is SO worth it! We went twice!

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! The apartment is amazing, better than the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, for sure, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with a washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

The place is great and the location is privileged.

The location was exactly what we'd hoped for... On the "main" road directly across from the ocean. The apartment was also wonderful. A bit difficult to find initially but Karla was EXTREMELY helpful / responsive and arrived without any glitches. (Website description could be more clear). Downsides: As mentioned by another guest the mattresses are rock hard. The hardest I've ever tried to sleep on - which meant I barely slept and woke up sore every day. The location is also noisy as the windows are the non-sealing / sliding pane type (common in Brazil) which do not block outside noise such as partying / screaming people, dogs barking, etc. Earplugs solved this issue but the stiff mattresses would preclude from renting this location again. We loved the apartment but a person has to be able to rest/sleep.
