Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom apartment to relax in the historical town of Sabana Grande. The apartment is in a residential house. Private entrance, by the main road for fast access in a minute to the town square, all barrios and highway #2. Recommended for families or groups of 4 or less. Its location makes it easy/convenient for your vacation, business trip or place to stay while visiting relatives in the southwest of PR. Everything accessible to visit within minutes of a reasonable drive.

This place was amazing, the house was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved that there was a park right across the street. They also had a nice tv with Netflix for days you just want to relax at the house. The garage area was like a private workout area with a punching bag. San German is a great little town that is very peaceful. The owner was always available and made our stay great. The beach was also very close and so were places to eat and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this place for families and definitely come back in the future. Thanks a lot for making our stat so comfortable!

El mejor Arbnb que he experimentado! Es un sueño de propiedad! Desde que te reciben con unos detalles únicos para ti y tu familia. Todo hermosamente decorado, un olor exquisito, no falta nada en la casa. El lugar es super relajante, tiene de Todo! literalmente! Quedamos enamorados de la propiedad! Será nuestro lugar favorito para quedarnos! Se siente una paz y un aire de hogar hermoso. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos a plenitud tanto que no queriamos salir a pasear, solo disfrutar de ella, de su piscina, de su jacuzzi, de sus espacios. Tiene un gazebo hermoso, tus carros duermen techados y un patio hermoso lleno de arboles. Cada rincón vale cada centavo que pagamos! Sencillamente espectacular!
