Lena's home was perfect for our 3-week stay! Lena and her husband were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities and wifi quality were great. The furniture was new and very comfortable. The home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood close to plenty of delicious restaurants in Tamuning. We would happily stay again!

My stay at Aida’s place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, Aida treated me like family—so warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made me feel completely at home. Aida’s grandson kindly came to pick me up from the airport, and the fare was even more affordable than using the local ride app "Stroll." I really appreciated the convenience and the warm welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable—I felt relaxed and at ease the entire time. Aida’s grandson is also a polite and respectful young man, and it was a pleasure interacting with him. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Aida, for everything! 🤗

We were four adults and two young children and we had plenty of space. The kitchen equipment was above average, washer and dryer were both in good condition and easy to use. The A/C was cold and the shower water was hot. We’d stay again.

Her place is home away from home. You got everything you need. Very clean very nice, a dream home with friendly neighborhood too.. a very peaceful surroundings and nearby to almost everything. Nice place, walking distance to supermarket where you can get supplies. Close to mall 5 minutes drive to the Wednesday night market!

This is a hidden gem - my second time on Guam, last time stayed at another Airbnb that cost a lot more but didn’t have much of a view. For me the view is the most important. Loved hanging out on the balcony. In December it wasn’t uncomfortably hot outside.

Cozy place! Private, plenty of space, easy to find. Everything on the island is pretty close. Only downside, and it's no fault of Peter and Lisa, is the amount of stray dogs in the area. Got bit running in the morning. Just be careful.

It is a shipping container that has been converted into a 1BR apartment. It is fully furnished and has everything you need. Laundry is within steps of the door. The apartment is in a family compound that is very safe. The family members fully respect your privacy and are very friendly. The speak Mandarin and limited English. The yard dogs are very friendly and enjoy getting treats. Ani herself is a wonderful host. She responded to emails promptly, and lives on the compound so will stop by occasionally to check. There are fast food restaurants around, and a full grocery store within a 5 min drive. Getting around is easy. You are about 10 mins from the main beaches, and 15 to the tourist areas. The area is peaceful and quiet except when airplanes are taking off, you will hear them powering up for takeoff. It quickly becomes background noise. I spent over 90-days there and would stay again.

We loved it here. The listing is accurate to what we experienced, including reviews. Although the ride up the hill to the airbnb might seem offputting to some (cars and tractors in disrepair along the side of the road), don’t let that deter you from staying here. The neighborhood is safe (although I’m biased since my family lives in Santa Rita), and the home is comfortable and equipped with most things you’ll need. You will, however, need a car. My dad loves to walk but found the dogs at the top of the hill were not welcoming to him and decided to drive to see us there instead going forward. Inside the airbnb, I agree with the other reviews about being careful walking to/from the bathrooms and to/from the master bedroom, as there is a slight step down into each. This is actually pretty common in many houses we visited in Guam, so just be mindful of your step. Our arrival process was seamless, and all things you would normally need to do (cook, sleep, shower, laundry, prepare foods to take with you, barbecue) were all easily possible at this place. Air conditioning worked well. Hot water and water pressure were great. Wifi was consistent and fast enough for our remote work use. The views...exactly as you see pictured from the kitchen window and balcony (that awesome water view in pic number 1). My only recommendation would be a couple of lounge or patio chairs to bring outside would make the balcony that much more awesome. The balcony is surrounded by breadfruit, mango and coconut trees within view; and avocado and coconut trees in the driveway. As always, you should ask permission if you’d like to pick anything...you’ll find most to be generous. Shopping is minutes away by car. And, you can drive the perimeter of the island (except on the bases) and it would take you about 2 hours if you don’t make any stops, so don’t let driving to any part of the island deter you from enjoying what other villages have to offer. This is a great central location, too, and Pop’s Bakeshop nearby for cream cheese rolls before you set out in the morning to explore the island...you just can’t beat it.

The location was perfect. The unit was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We had 12 people comfortably in the unit.

I took my mom and her friends (they are in 70's) for a get-away trip for 4 nights. The island was beautiful and the property was wonderful. It takes 1 minute walking to the ocean front from our room. Very peaceful. Friendly helpers and neighbors. 5 big stars! I def. will come again.
