Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Guam

The host is considerate and he was punctual. With his kindness, i got along well in his place. A room and parking lot was larger enough for 2 people and an air conditioner worked well (it sounds little noisy). Unfortunately a dog near neighborhood kept darking😭. If you were a sensitive person, wear a ear plug.

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

Location was amazing and off the Main Street which was nice to get away from all the noise after a long day. A/C in the house was amazing nice and cold. House could use some basic cleaning supplies to help keep the place clean while we stayed. There was no paper towels or any kitchen cleaning supplies. Bedrooms were nice but the house didn’t have any extra blankets.

HOST WAS AMAZING. I felt right at home, very clean space, and amenities were unmatched. if i return, im definitely going to try to book this Airbnb again. 5 stars all around.

It's hard to describe him and his accommodation in simple writing. He's a really nice guy and he's done a lot for me. Brian, what I felt most sorry for you during my stay here was that I did not have a deeper conversation and deeper feelings with you due to my lack of English. You're a really good person and a person who understands a lot of things. Quick response, kindness, and warm heart made me forget about other things like work stress and weather during my stay here. Thank you. You're such a sweet person. I think you'll be remembered forever. This space was more comfortable and cozy than any other place I've ever been to. It was like a house that was the furthest away from my house. Thank you, Brian. I can brag about you to anyone. And finally, your cooking skills are really the best. Our stay with Brian and Jenny was magical! Their serene, spotless home felt like a true sanctuary. The kitchen was fully equipped, the poolside sunsets were breathtaking, and their two affectionate cats even joined us for cozy naps! Brian’s local expertise shone through his snorkeling recommendations (the Guam spots were incredible!), while Jenny’s thoughtful guidance on amenities made settling in effortless. Our first night was the spontaneous karaoke night—their singing talents and warmth turned strangers into good friends immediately! Every detail radiated care, from the immaculate rooms to the peaceful ambiance. We left feeling like family and can’t wait to return. Thank you both for making our trip unforgettable! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Brian and Jenny’s Buena Vista Airbnb—this place is an absolute gem tucked away in the hills of Guam. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were visiting close friends. Brian and Jenny are the kind of hosts that just get it—super warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Whether it was the airport pickup, checking in on us throughout the stay, or inviting us to sing karaoke, they made us feel completely at home. The house itself is incredible—spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had literally everything, and there were so many cozy little corners with couches, books, and TVs that made it easy to relax and reset. Outside? That’s where the magic really hit. The infinity pool, hot tub, and panoramic view of the coast and Naval base. Sunsets from the backyard were some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, and at night, the stargazing was next-level peaceful. Extended our stay!

He took care of us so much and tried to make our staying and environment better. Because of him, our vacation got confortable.

It may be impossible to overstate just how lovely it is to stay at Brian and Jenny’s Airbnb. Foremost, they are kind, attentive and fun hosts. They are just exceptional people. Next, their house is simply incredible. It is spacious, delightfully decorated and equipped with everything you will need for a long or short stay. The kitchen, for instance, has every kind of appliance, cutlery, and staple necessary for any cooking. The house also has a number of cozy nooks with couches, tv's and books where one can find their own space to unwind. The outdoor space is spectacular. It has an infinity pool, hot tub and large patio with a sweeping view of the coast below, including the Naval base. It is a perfect spot for star gazing or peeping at the multi-colored and breathtaking sunsets. To show the extent of Brian' thoughtfulness, he found out it was our 37th anniversary during our stay, and Brian had the hot tub all ready to go when we returned from dinner. This is an outstanding Airbnb!
