Vacation rentals with a patio in Guaecá

Beautiful, cozy and very clean place. It has everything we need and a little more!! It is in the center of everything and very close to the beach. Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

Bruno was a host who quickly communicated and resolved any difficulties. The bungalow matches the listing and has all the amenities for a great stay.

The stay was excellent! The apartment matches the photos, the location is also great, with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. I went with my dogs and the yard and laundry area are great. Victor is very flexible about schedules

The studio is super cozy and clean! It's a short walk from downtown and the beach, and it's a very quiet street to walk on. Even if the parking spots on the street are open, there are several cameras, which is reassuring in terms of safety. Everything in the studio was impeccably clean and fully matches the listing! Tamie was super nice and helped us with what we needed, always responding quickly!! We loved it!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

The Studios do Flor da Terra are excellent I recommend staying in any of them. It's already my second stay and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it to everyone.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

Nice and clean place and a good location, would stay again

Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on site. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for all of us. The condominium is great, appears to be safe and has many leisure options. Access to the beach is easy, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The beach spot is really cool, with a good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and shower have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, no problem therefore. The condominium's valet service is also great with a 10-star staff. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the accommodation. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always responding very quickly. It would definitely return .

Beautiful house!! Well located !!! Everything is very clean, new house. Rafaela is very nice. We spent a family weekend there with children! It was supposed to rain. Rafaela let us check in early! It was an amazing weekend! The barbecue is very good. The house is tastefully decorated and well thought out!! we will be back !

We love our stay at Eleuse's place, she is an excellent host, she has given us many tips and always attentive. We went in 3 couples and we were very comfortable, the house is beautiful, spacious, equipped and easy to access. Super indico, would come back for sure!

We loved our stay in Guaecá, did not know the beach and we got it right in the choice of the house. Super airy house with wonderful view, great pool, clean and pleasant temperature, spacious rooms, super-equipped kitchen and the perfect barbecue area. We put fruit for the birds and had a separate show, with the frequent visit of saíras, tiês, beneditos, old iron and we groped. The access to the beach had a steep subway on the way back but nothing to stop walking. Wonderful beach and great for children even on the days of more waves. Bruno was very friendly and helpful, wonderful days and we intend to come back more often!

Perfect stay. Everything is much better than in the photos. Julio is super attentive, giant house, very comfortable and super well equipped. Very beautiful condominium and super close to a very quiet stretch of the beach. Talita is a great cook and helped us a lot.

This is the second time our family has stayed at the house and it is always a pleasure to be able to return. Perfect location, super comfortable and Juliana is always flexible. We love everything and in addition to recommending, we hope to come back more often.

Despite the small problems we had, everything was very good because communication was very easy and everything was resolved quickly! The house is magnificent, it was wonderful to spend a few days there with my family : )

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! I highly recommend the place and, especially, Luciana!!!

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we felt at ease during the stay and she served us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. Gratitude to Afrânio and Mari.

The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

I really liked the apartment, very nice view and everything very organized. Easy access to the center. Clear instructions on the property and condominium. Message service was quick tbm. I would recommend it!
