Vacation rentals with a patio in Guadalupe County

We will return to this colorful, happy place! Great balcony and pool. This is totally walkable to some outstanding restaurants and bars. The beds were outstanding and one of the coolest bathrooms ever! The chocolates were a great after dinner snack. Love it!

Very responsive and I loved that there wasn’t a ton of rules like some bnb’s have. Perfect for kids although next time I will stay somewhere with a pool. We did enjoy the pickleball court and provided paddles. Also enjoyed the private river access! Overall great stay.

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

We loved our stay in Gruene. Truly a beautiful Airbnb! They also went the extra mile and got us a goody bag and balloon for our one year wedding anniversary. Already trying to plan our next stay here! Exceptional Airbnb!

Very welcoming!! Had a great quick weekend stay! Even had fresh baked cookies for us on our arrival which is always a nice touch in my opinion!!

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament for our boyfriends, had such a good time and Shelton's place was perfect! We spent most of the time at the soccer fields, but Shelton's place is a 10 minute walk from the downtown area where there's a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Shelton was so responsive, he answered all of my messages within 5 minutes, and was so accommodating when we asked for a later check out time so the boys could shower before we drove the 3-hour drive home. Highly highly recommend !!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly as pictured. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the back patio. The trundle beds worked well for our family with multiple kids. Next time we stay we’ll make time to use the pretty pools in the neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was smooth, the space was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. The host was super responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Definitely a place we’d come back to and recommend to others looking for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay. Kayaking and paddle boarding for the kids. Fireplace and toys. Ping pong table and toys for babies. Would stay again.

The house was amazing and private to where I could let my dog relax outside freely.

Came for a weekend trip and the property was perfect. I came with 3 other girls and we had such a great stay at Jacob’s. It was just like the pictures; very cozy and open. The beds were very comfortable! One thing I would say is that there are no curtains to the windows in the bedrooms so if you like to sleep in, I would suggest bringing a sleeping mask because it does get bright! Other than that it was lovely and Jacob and his team always reached out if we needed anything or had any questions to reach out to them and they’d be happy to assist. Would definitely recommend!!

A beautiful stay. We felt at home! Not far from the Comal and Guadalupe River, but far enough to have a peaceful stay. Gennaro’s is near by and it’s a great Italian restaurant. The view on the patio of the sunset was amazing. Kitchen was great. We cooked a lot there during our stay. Only side note I would add is, the driveway is very steep. If you have a low clearance vehicle, go at an angle. My Toyota Land Cruiser bike rack would bottom out. Steep driveway makes sense though because the house is on a hill. You do have some steps to get to the house, but all is listed and shown in their listing. Thank you for being wonderful host. Excellent communication, instructions, and offer great recommendations.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed on our grips trip with 5 of us. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was super convenient. We walked to downtown Gruene every day and walked to Rockin’ R river rides to float all of Saturday. We had so much fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, easy walk to downtown, river and pool access, and right by schillerbahn. The place was clean, spacious, and pretty much already childproof/safe. We felt so comfy and at home!

Loved the place and the atmosphere. Everything was clean and all the amenities were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
