Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Sauna use is possible for a fee. The interior style is a mix of new and vintage furniture. The living room is equipped with an integrated small kitchenette, dining table and a sofa bed. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

The feel-good apartment

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.
