The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

The house is located in the oldest and perhaps most famous street in Røros, Sleggveien. It is originally from the year 1700, but is completely renovated and has all the amenities. The house has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a main living room and 2 small living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a porch and a backyard. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires cleaning, bedding, and towels. The log cabin Vidsyn is an exclusive cabin with panoramic views & Sjusjøen's fantastic hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin is spacious, bright & airy with high ceilings, large windows & a 50 m2 terrace. Vidsyn is located in a remote location in Birkebeinerbakken. It is built on a slope, at the end of a dead end road & towards an open area. You can sled or strap on your cross-country skis at the cabin, & for alpine skiing you drive to Sjusjøen or Hafjell alpine center in only 10 & 30 min respectively.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. The house is close to both the winter ski slopes, summer activities, Idre's beautiful golf course and has mountains and forests outside the door. The house is 107 sqm with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three patios, fireplace and sauna with glass sections and glass door to one of the balconies.

FISHING RIGHTS & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY APPOINTMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT COMES. THERE IS ONLY A CERAMIC STOVE TOP IN THE RORBUA.
