Sandsøy - our island paradise outside Harstad

Sandsøy is the place for recreation and tranquility. The location of the house provides immediate access to hiking trails suitable for all ages. The house is located by the sea with fantastic views of Senja and the ocean and is the ultimate place to enjoy the midnight sun in the summer and Northern Lights in the winter. The house is from 1930 but has been significantly upgraded in recent years. Sandsøy is part of the arch with bridge to Grytøya and tunnel to Bjarkøy. Great spots with opportunities for top tours and exciting excursions in the Tore Hund kingdom.

The apartment has kitchen avd. with integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, among other things. Wifi + Smart TV w/Channel Digital (satellite dish). 3 beds in bedrooms (family bunk; 150 + 90) + spacious sofa bed in the living room. Excellent apartment for 3 persons but can stay up to 5 persons if desired.

Adr:Kommelhågveien 65 9419 Sørvik. The cabin is located at Storvann Syd, 25 min drive south of Harstad.ca 35 min from Evenes airport. There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and double bed in the loft. The bathroom is furnished with Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and sink . There is open living room/kitchen and in the living room there is TV. Have internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine at the cabin. There is a private parking lot. The cabin is rented during the summer months,

Spacious and homely apartment in a quiet neighborhood south of the city center. Driving time from Evenes Airport is about 40 min. Stangnes Ferry dock is just nearby. Shopping center (Amfi Kanebogen) and grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. EV charging possible by appointment. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 meters from the apartment. This 30 minute trip is recommended to all. There you get an amazing view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private with own entrance.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). New cabin with midnight sun located right at the beachfront at SørSenja. Great location to see the Northern Lights out over the sea in the direction of Andøya. New Joker shop in the surrounding area, several hiking trails, halibut museum, national park, inland and sea fishing, boat rental nearby. 2 hours by car from Bardufoss airport. 1 hour drive to Finnsnes. 1 hour by fast boat to Harstad. 3 mattresses upstairs in the loft in addition to the two bedrooms. My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Unique panorama – Senja

It can hardly be described - it has to be experienced. You live on the outside of adventure island Senja. You don't get any closer to nature - with a glass facade of close to 30 sqm you have the feeling of sitting outside while you sit inside. Whether it's midnight sun or northern lights - it will never be boring to see the sea, mountains and wildlife along Bergsfjorden. The cabin was completed in the fall of 2018 and has a high standard.
