A beautifully furnished fitted kitchen with modern appliances, fridge with freezer compartment & Nespresso machine. Comfortable king size box spring bed (2 x 2 m) and of course fast Internet (WiFi) is available.

A kebab snack bar 50 meters away. 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Creutzwald or Saint-Avold.

We are 4 kilometers from the A4 Farébersviller highway exit, the largest shopping area in eastern France "B'Est", and 30 minutes from Germany. Our neighborhood is very quiet, a children's playground is 50 m away. There is the possibility of taking beautiful walks in the forest or around the pond, and for the more adventurous you can push your walks or bike rides to the Maginot aquatic line, the cycle path to the Saar passes in front of our house.

Ideally located between Saint-Avold, Forbach, Sarreguemines, and 15 min from the German border. We provide coffee, tea, and sugar.
