Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

This stylish accommodation in the middle of Rheinhessen, near the Rhine in the wine-growing village of Gimbsheim, is a perfect place of rest and relaxation. At the same time, our vacation rental is perfect for activities in the area: cycling, swimming in the beautiful surrounding and walkable lakes, paddling with the SUP, golfing, vineyard hikes, etc. A sauna can be booked and rounds off your day wonderfully with a glass of wine. Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

Enjoy wine tastings in the vineyards and explore the surrounding nature. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis. Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
