Vacation rentals with a patio in Groslay

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room, the room is fully equipped, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the Host is warm and hospitable, I will choose this room again next time I come to Paris!I love Paris!!

Listing as described. The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but this is just a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping center in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

Nice space, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen, it was useful to have a washing machine, dishwasher, water fountain on the fridge. I would go back! Also loved the terrasse, the 2 seperate bathrooms, beautiful lighy coming through.

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We particularly liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. So perfect for a family to combine city and play. But also very nice without children, there are 3 workplaces for remote work! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nice and looks like in the photos. It is very spacious and modernly equipped. Various metro and bus stations are within walking distance. Simo is a great accommodating host who provided us with lots of helpful tips. Everything worked out super easy. Great communication! It is a large modern residential area with some restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We can recommend "Communale Saint-Ouen" - a kind of cultural center with food court in a hall with many stalls of different countries. Very delicious! Great atmosphere, also great with kids. All in all, clear recommendation!

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful and very well located accommodation. F. accompanies you in the taking of the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

The stay went well. Guangyu was very responsive in answering any questions. The house was as described and in very good condition. We had a pleasant time 😊

Shumaiela's Airbnb stay was impeccable! The house is beautiful and large. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. The host was very solicitous with us. The train station is two minutes from the residence, anyway… everything was perfect! I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was as pictured, very clean and well-equipped. Omar was very welcoming and responsive, ready to answer any questions we had and give us local advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

Accommodation fully as advertised, located on a quiet street. Ideal for a passage through Parc Astérix or Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomes us himself, which is a little extra.
