Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. There are also convenient stores and a charming village center. The breathtaking view makes it a must stay villa in Martinique. We will gladly stay there again.

Very pleasant stay at Vincent and Manuella's. The space was very clean. The summer kitchen allows you to enjoy nature and flowers all around, a small view of the sea and breakfast in the company of birds and hummingbirds. A delight! Good bedding and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It had everything you need for cooking. Large fridge and freezer so you can enjoy Martinique's delicious ice cream. Small welcome gift on arrival, very friendly and full of explanations from the host for visiting the area. Thanks again for our lovely stay.

Beautiful house, modern with all comforts. David was very welcoming, showed us the surroundings and even left us something to eat when we arrived. Thanks for the PLANTER gift in the fridge! The house has everything you need: games for children (swing, beach games, board games...), air conditioning, tv with Nerflix... access to the beach at the end of the street. And what a beautiful beach! A great place for snorkeling and diving where you can see turtles, pepper benches etc. The place is ideally located 10 minutes from Anses Noire and Dufour and Anses d 'Arlet. We were welcomed in a very friendly and warm way by our host. We had fresh snacks available upon arrival, which is really nice. The house is beautiful, spacious, typical and the views are exceptional. The terrace is absolutely beautiful. The only bemole is the very busy road behind the house. We would highly recommend this listing.

The villa is very nice for this family vacation. Beautiful place in a good location close to the beaches. The equipment in the house is perfect. Terrace, infinity pool and spacious and very nice living space. The rooms with private bathrooms and dressing rooms are very well arranged. We would highly recommend it.

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows for absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it allows for exceptional views of the sea, village and mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open concept on the garden overlooking the sea +++ - Very comfortable bedding and in addition a cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and sea view are even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a fairly bumpy dirt/stone road - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

Great host! The house is very well divided with private sections for each guest. The kitchen is super well equipped, the view is magnificent, just minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this house!

It is a very pleasant villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to get around. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and the gazebo allow you to enjoy life outdoors. The pool, even if it's not big, is a real pleasure to relax in. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and with very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system.

We rented the villa for a month stay with my family and everything was perfect. The villa was very clean and suitable for children, even toddlers. A crib had been made available to us as well as a high chair. There were also pool/beach games for the kids, which was very convenient. The pool overlooking a stunning view of the Rocher du Diamant was appreciated by all. A big thank you to the hosts who were very responsive during the exchanges and thank you to the charming Betty, the caretaker of the house, who always helped us greatly when we had questions or small requests. We felt right at home during our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa to all small families.

small house in the residence very pretty. as described. the beach just opposite is not crowded but the sea a little more agitated. the snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

Great accommodation in the heights of the marina. The photos matched the accommodation and we had a great time. Thanks again for all the little welcome gifts that are heartwarming. Be careful on the way up if you are loaded with a low-powered car, otherwise it is ideal for peace and quiet and yet not far from amenities.

The accommodation is well located for visiting Martinique. A small downside for the busy road next door. The view is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and as expected. Perfect private pool. The availability time of the accommodation is noted at 3:00 p.m. but it was made available to us from 4:30 p.m. When we checked out, we were offered to stay until early afternoon. We had rented a one bedroom plus sleeping accommodation in the living room for girls. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not ready, and the manager opened the upstairs accommodation to us, so we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are not in the listing but in an annex below the building. We recommend this perfect rental for relaxing and very decent renter.
