Possibility of farm visit in the nearby.🎣 Short distance into Høylandet city centre and close to highway further north. Nearby there is a swimming area in the river, as well as a short distance to the swimming area in Grongstadvannet. Downtown has summer activities like a beach volleyball court and frisbee golf. In the nearby area there are also nice hiking trails and starting points for a top trip up Skarlandsfjellet. Welcome to a pleasant stay✨

Newly built modern cabin by the water.

Newly built modern cabin in a small cabin field. Road all the way to the front and parking on your own plot. The cabin has an extremely nice view of the water, otherwise a very good fishing water. There are large and nice fish of the species trout, sea trout, char and salmon. Behind the cabin there is a bike path that visits great hiking areas. Along the path is Svort Performance, a very nice beach and outdoor area. Free access to shared sauna (about 150 m from the cabin) Included in the rent is a canoe. The oars and vests are in the storage room.

Welcome to stay at our charming farm from 1936. Newly renovated and furnished with old furniture in nostalgic style. Here you live rustic and simple, but with comfortable beds. The kitchen and the bathroom are in the house. Take a walk to the river "ferry" or stavenberget, they are short and nice trips for both large and small. Here you have forests, mountains, rivers and water just outside the door.

New apartment with great kitchen and bathroom. Heating cables in all floors and wood burning in addition. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Private patio, and your own entrance. Possibility of sleeping space for 3. Lovely view of Namsen and Spillumsfjellet. It is about 15-20 min walk to Namsos city center. To the nearest grocery store, it is about 5 minutes to walk.

We can offer 4 bedrooms and any parking space for an RV/caravan for a smaller surcharge. We offer up to 7 beds, but please note that bed in bedroom 2 is 120 cm wide.
