Heel fijn verblijf gehad; schoon, ruim en leuke plaatsen in de omgeving om te bezoeken. Zwembad en tuin (met voetbalveld) waren ook erg fijn voor de kinderen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

El apartamento es muy fiel a las fotos y la descripción. Era muy amplio y muy cómodo. Contaba con mucha equipación tanto en la parte de cocina y vajilla como en el baño y las toallas. Hay una parada de bus en la puerta del bloque que llevaba directo a la estacion de trenes por lo que la comunicacion tambien era buena a pesar de la ubicacion del apartamento. El anfitrión siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros y respondía rápido a cualquier duda, además se mostró siempre preocupado por si necesitábamos algo. Agradecimos mucho que se preocupase de encender la calefacción horas antes de nuestra entrada.

Een fijn appartement waar we met 4 vrienden verbleven. Het is ongeveer 30 minuten lopen naar het centrum en zeker via het park en de Abdij is het een mooie route. Het is verder een leuk ingericht appartement dat met veel liefde verbouwd is. En ondanks dat je aan het spoor zit, heb je daar binnen geen last van. We konden zelfs met de ramen een beetje open gewoon slapen.

Great stay at Luc’s guesthouse, the view was very pleasant and it felt like experiencing a slice of life in Leuven! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and soaking it all in.

Hôte très accueillante et sympathique ! A été à l’écoute pour toute demande et besoin. Un logement impeccable, outils, matériel, tout était disponible et sur place. Malgré que nous entendons bien les voiture passant principalement dans la première chambre et un peu moins dans la deuxième, pour une court séjour cela ne pose aucun problème. Je recommande fortement ce logement avec son petit jardin extérieur très agréable.

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila de Louvain-la-Neuve, cerca del lago y perfecto para relajar y desconectar tras trabajar en la universidad o cualquier cosa. La terraza es muy agradable y fue una estancia maravillosa para poder disfrutar de la calma y avanzar en mis investigaciones académicas.

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Все было прекрасно! Спасибо за такую возможность, отдохнуть в тихом и красивом месте, вдалеке от города :) очень классно провели время в джакузи под ночным небом. Обязательно еще вернемся! Единственное, очень много мух и непонятно откуда они берутся. Было неприятно просыпаться от того, что они летают вокруг

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
