Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. Set back from the street the studio is quiet and secure. Free parking on street. Bus stop 5minutes walk. Great apartment, perfect for a few days in Auckland. Well located on Ponsonby road, easy access to restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a loft feel with great views of the CBD skyline and Sky Tower. Located on the busy Ponsonby Road, the sound deadening from the double glazing worked really well. The furnishing is good quality and comforting, reminding us of a boutique hotel style. We’d definitely come back if we need a place in the city for a couple of days.

Gerard and Judith's place is a real find. The bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and modern. A bonus is a lovely, covered courtyard with a big outdoor table. The location is in a charming heritage neighbourhood and is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I am really hoping to stay there again next time I'm in Auckland.

Came from Australia ti see Coldplay you can just walk to the eden stadium! This place was the most comfortable bnb we didn’t want to leave! It actually is better in real life then in the pictures 10 out of 10 for us 🥰

Karen is friendly, helpful and very thoughtful making our stay in her lovely well equipped house most enjoyable. She is also a good communicator. This was our second stay with her whilst visiting family, and we would not hesitate to stay there again on any future visits. The area also has a choice of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Thanks for everything Karen.
