Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Annex of 42 m2 with large terrace

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. This authentic thatched-roof guest house is right next to the main host house. It is a peaceful, simple and relaxing oasis for a short weekend or summer vacation in nature. This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).
