This apartment offers lots of privacy with a private sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. Next to the underfloor heating there is a cozy wood stove. Through an open staircase you enter the sleeping area, in which there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog we charge 15 euros cash on arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix ( no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg equipment and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a Southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. In the closed laundry room there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two parts, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two single beds on the other side. The space with the wooden floor and beds immediately feels relaxed. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very light in atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment can participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is next to the apartment. The guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden there is a cozy seat, relax chairs and large picnic table. My boyfriend and I are available by mail, whats app and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is just around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and lovely with some cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

A nice place to be. Great location for excursions to e.g. Zierikzee, Veere, Brouwershaven. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation and is tastefully decorated. This place is really special! Around the historic house only extensive nature: forests, dunes, beach and complete tranquility. Ockje and Alexander are warm-hearted hosts. At the same time, they give you thoughtfully a lot of privacy. That they sleep right next door is no problem at all. The Wi-Fi is sufficient for streaming. And Charlie the dog wags her tail happily at each arrival. We highly recommend these great hosts and this cozy place.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our weekend in Zeeland. Everything was in perfect order, with attention to detail: fresh sheets, liquid soaps, and all the basic necessities in the kitchen were provided. But above all: the house was really squeaky clean — a pleasure to arrive in! Our children (14 and 16) are now a bit big for the park itself, but in the area there is plenty to do. The apartment is therefore ideal for families with younger children, who will certainly find their liking in the facilities and the location.

Lovely place to stay! The check-in went smoothly and it was nice that I could arrive later in the evening. Everything was well taken care of. The space itself was sparkling clean and radiated tranquility — exactly as shown in the pictures. You'll notice that everything has been thought of with care. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made it extra nice. Really a place where you feel immediately at ease. Wonderful on the water with beautiful views of the harbor and historic buildings! Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, really in the center! The host, Jurgen, responds quickly and kindly. Upon reception, you will feel right at home and pleasantly surprised by the luxurious look and all the comforts in and of the apartment. You can also roll down into the city and can also enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, sunbeds & a table on the beautiful roof terrace in peace. Jurgen also has nice tips for cafes in the city!
