This unit almost checks all the boxes for me. As a corner unit, it truly feels like a proper 2-bedroom—more spacious and well-laid-out compared to many other 2BR options in the apartment towers around Pakuwon Mall. The interior is beautifully decorated—stylish, clean, and homey. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning working well, which is a big plus, and there's even an automatic Calmic room fragrance spray that subtly adds to the pleasant and relaxing ambiance. If I could make one small suggestion, having a rice cooker and a floor mop would’ve made it absolutely perfect. But even without those, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely come back again.

the place is very easy to access, it is also directly connected to the mall which makes it easy to find food / meetings / me time. drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. overall very satisfying

The best apartment I’ve stayed in Surabaya so far! Seriously, 10/10! I did notice a couple of spiderwebs in the ceiling but that was it.

It's really nice to stay here, 2 rooms have a balcony as well as the view of the city is really sby. Feeling like in korean movies, you can relax with friends in the middle room. The residential unit is clean, very convenient, the central location of the city is close and in the Mall area, just walk away The facilities are also very complete, the water swimming pool is good, the view is good.. there is a sauna, jacuzy, gym. It's really fun to be worth it, the two rooms at this price are very satisfying. There is also a very nice pantry. Thank you 😊

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

beautifull view, clean and easy to find it. near a traditional market and wonokromo train station. no towel but it's okay cuz i bring my own. all good and comfy, tysm kak evan. will back for my next sby trip ofc.

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

We are looking for a strategic place and location, right next to the mall, the hospitality of the staff can be given a thumbs up, very flexible check in & out. Clean, well equipped and spacious. the apartment lobby is good. Pool and gym facilities are also recommended. Worth it really staying here..love love

The location is very easy to reach, the entrance is easy , the room unit is very clean very well equipped, the air conditioning is cold all 3 rooms, the communication is very fast with the owner of the rwpaon unit very fast .all steady
