There are two levels of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, pool table, a front breezeway with seating, and an expansive deck with dining options and gorgeous lake views. With over 160 acres , miles of trails, and a well stocked private lake you are sure to have an amazing visit! Wisteria has two king bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and patios. Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Welcome to Sunset Cottage. Built in 2020, this home gets its name from its gorgeous sunset views! Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

Fast Wifi. SmartTV. Private woods and dock to explore! Great land and lake location. Fantastic view! Swim out “beach” on a clean cove. Marina around corner. Quiet lakefront property, private, but minutes to everything!
