Alan's place was perfect, whilst its only 3 bedrooms it has so many living areas and places to relax. The house exceeded our expectations due to the semi outdoor area and the outdoor area. Its a very funky, clean entertainers house. Thanks for having us. cheers Matt

We had a wonderful time at this place and it was close to the John McEwen Fields where we played our sporting tournament. Wonderful Home with everything you could ever need.

From start to finish this was hands down the best accommodation I have ever rented, and there has been a lot. The cleanest home I have stayed in. outstanding layout, comfort fit for a queen the beds were so comfy. The outdoor entertaining area was absolutely fantastic big enough for everyone to enjoy. the small things like plumbed in gas to the BBQ, little fire pit , awesome pool with lights, party lights in a great undercover space. plenty of prep space in the kitchen. the kids had an absolute ball running around the yard. The only thing I can say made our stay tricky was there was no steamer to cook veggies, no strainer, no big pot to cook pasta. apart from that you offered so much more with our beautiful welcome gifts, basic supplies and every gadget you could think of. the freezer with never ending ice was such a luxury. we enjoyed everything so much we will absolutely be back if you will have our crew again. Was in Shepparton for a two day conference. Kellie’s place was the ideal location. Felt very safe and at home. Had everything I needed for the two days I was there. Clean and friendly. Quiet street. Highly recommend.

The self-contained, private accommodation at Jan's was cosy, comfortable and clean. All the things that you need for a weekend away. The house is located in a very quiet suburban street, only a short drive from the centre of Shepparton. Because the space is attached to Jan's house however I did not feel isolated or alone. All of the furnishings and linen was of a very high standard, bed and sofa were super comfortable and everything was clean and bright. The rooms are spacious and Jan seems to have thought of lots of nice decorative touches like candles and throw rugs and cushions. It was also very kind of her to provide a daily newspaper, and the secret treat of a New Idea magazine! Jan was a very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with host. I would recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Shepparton.

This was our second time staying at The Grand. It is the perfect house for a large group in a nice, quiet location and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely book again!
