We invite you to a comfortable room on the 1st floor of a terraced house. We guarantee peace and a friendly, home-like atmosphere. Nearby: stadium, airport, Pasaż Królewiecki with restaurants, N-Park Shopping Centre, many interesting walking places. Free parking in front of the house. This is our family home, so you can use the well-stocked library and jump on the trampoline in the garden. The Market Square is only 20 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bike. Bus stop - 5 min, Dino store - 2 min.

Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower, bathtub, washer and dryer. TV with access to Netflix. In the attic, there is a room with an exercise area - a mechanical treadmill and a trainer. A family home that we share during our trip to Spain. Some of the closets, cabinets in the kitchen, and the room have been locked to leave our belongings there.

This is our family home, so you can use the well-stocked library and relax in the garden. The Market is about 15 minutes by car, 35 minutes by bike. Bus - 5 min, Dino shop and bakery - 2 min.

Small cozy room in quiet place

Pay attention: there are 2 animals in house - a 11 years old dog Rabarbar and a 3 years old cat Ludwik. If you are allergic to animals or afraid of dogs or cats, look for same other place :) I accept only vaccinated people. Good communication with the city center Buses 48, 59, 71, 77
