Great cottage with beautiful views! Although out of town, it’s an easy 20 minute flat walk into Keswick and this is more than made up for by the views from every window. The cottage is well designed and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it. NB bathroom is downstairs

Our stay at the School House was absolutely fantastic! The house is incredibly cozy, spotless, and full of charm. John is, without a doubt, the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful host we've ever met. To our surprise, he even provided breakfast at no extra cost — something we didn’t expect from an Airbnb stay. We felt truly welcome and cared for. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!

Balmuir House Apartment is a gem! Very clean. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to feel right at home for a month. The hosts were friendly, kind, prompt in responses, and just genuinely nice people! It quickly becomes evident when you speak with the hosts how important it is to them that you enjoy staying in Balmuir House. This was a great place from which to explore various areas of Scotland such as: Glen Doll/Corrie Fee, Balmoral Castle, Cairngorms National Park, St. Andrews, Carnoustie, Fraserburgh, and many beaches. Also, easy to catch a train into Edinburgh from the Leuchers Station just across the Tay Bridge from Dundee.

The annexe was everything we hoped for and more. Charming accommodation in beautiful gardens; two large bedrooms with lovely bed linen and towels; everything thought of to make our stay restorative and comfortable. Penny was an accommodating, friendly and kind host.

This is our 2nd time at Simones accommodation. It was so perfect, clean and comfortable again with lovely touches. Right beside the beach with free parking. Even home baking! Would highly recommend this, Simone is so friendly and welcoming. Many thanks, hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is very near to lots of nice places to visit: Scotney Castle, Batemans, Bewl Water and Bedgbury Pinetum.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and Peter’s place may be my all-time favorite. Beautiful property, very comfortable home, and the hospitality was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Very grateful to have found this gem, and would highly recommend. Just make sure to follow Peter’s directions rather than Apple Maps, or you may drive past it.

Graham and Natasha have truly outdone themselves with this stay, you will feel instantly like you are returning to long time friends in a cosy home. High recommend on the salmon dish for breakfast, and make sure if you have any questions about the area that you ask G&N as they'll be able to provide some great history, but also advice on what to do and what to skip. We had the most amazing stay, and feel we have made friends for life. if you get the chance, I cannot recommend this stay enough. Beautiful home full of beautiful peoole! I'll be back!

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. Really loved my stay at Abigail's place. Made to feel very welcome with the lovely basket of goodies and could have sat at the beautiful picture window looking into the garden all day! Abigail super helpful and accommodating with checking-in and checking-out also. Thank you for helping to make my stay in Glasgow so comfortable 🙂

Lynn & Reg are so friendly and make you feel so welcome at home straight away. Their little cottage is so nice, the photos don’t do it justice. Private garden for the dogs and endless places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The beach is literally 2 mins walk down a track and we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. We look forward to going back and spending more time there.

We had a lovely time at Sunset Lodge. Beautiful views and very peaceful location but easy access to Ely and surrounding areas. The interior was beautiful and very cosy & homely decor. Very clean and everything you needed for the stay. Lovely to have coffee, tea, sugar and milk / biscuits. Nice patio area overlooking the wheat fields. Ali was quick to reply to any questions we had. All in all we would return and would highly recommend to others.

Wayne and Melissa were fantastic. Very responsive, friendly, helpful, the place is fantastic, clean, tidy, all around perfect getaway place. Beautiful views and surroundings. The local pub offers great food and drink options and it’s within walking distance. Cabs to Bristol are easy to book and not overly expensive if you wanted to have a drink there. Parking space available and the car was safe and we didn’t worry about it when we were away from it. Was our first time booking an Airbnb so we hope we’re just as great to the place as it was to us! Would recommend any day.

We had such a great stay at the Boathouse! It's a beautiful space with every detail carefully considered. And what a view! Melanie is terrific -- very friendly, communicative, helpful, and generous with local knowledge. You'll love it here.

A fantastic stay, we had a couple of nights here, central location to visit the surrounding villages, diddly squat and farmers dog pub. The place was immaculate and Lucy was very helpful with restaurants nearby etc Even sorted us out a cot, toys and high chair which meant we could travel lightly and not stress about forgetting anything Recommended it straight away to friends and when we return to the Cotswolds we will definitely be booking here again! The place was beautiful very relaxing with the hot tub and surroundings were very elegant and tranquil. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The fish pond is an added extra. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful escape. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect. Loved our stay in the Spinney & looking forward to returning . Falling asleep listening to the River outside after a day revisiting my previous Lakes life was just so lovely . Thanks so very much for everything & sharing your piece of heaven .

A beautiful place to stay, spotlessly clean, responsive friendly host, and everything you could possibly need for an amazing break away. Also very child friendly! We stayed with our 4 month old and the property had everything we needed!

This little cottage was lovely, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Excellent response to any questions by Hazel. Sadly the local pub had closed down, but we drove a few minutes over to The Plough at Fulford and had an excellent meal.

Super stay. The air bnb was beautiful decorated we loved all of the antique decorations. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is beautifully furnished and the beds are really comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked. Joan left some amazing home baked goodies. Her Victoria Sponge is the best I have ever tasted. I felt very pampered and spoilt. I hope to return!
