Not in busy and noisy center of Blvd., but 5 block walk to the shops, Hampton Beach Casino, the outdoor seashell and more. Striking distance to Downtown Portsmouth and Salisbury Beach. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Some amenities are related to the beach activities

Off street parking for ONE car . Side yard with a grill . Quiet time 10 PM to 8 AM

Mikes place was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Easy to check in and find and easy checkout instructions as well. It was well stocked with extra everything, and a grill outside. We were close to things to do even during off season and was able to do a lot of walking in the neighborhood and on the beach. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive when we reached out. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! We would definitely rent again from him!

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Erin was a great host! We are very easygoing people so a nights stay was well worth it to us. It was also a short walk to the beach. Nothing wrong with the room and my family loves Hampton Beach so we gave it a try. Personally we are not people who enjoy extremely touristy towns. Felt like Ocean City if that’s a vibe you’re into. We are not big fans of crowded beaches and mediocre food that’s overpriced. On the other hand Portsmouth was really enjoyable for us, great food, adorable town and only a short drive away.

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

My daughters insisted me that this reviews needs to be 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I agree with them, my family and I traveled a lot. and this is one of the best Airbnb we ever being. This condo was absolutely clean cozy, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we need the apartment is very well stocked. The location is good! 2 Parking spaces. Easy access very good host. We had a great week vacation here, thank you Kevin and congratulations, you have a beautiful property.
