House next to the bike route. Everything can be found in the garden for relaxation. Please note that we also live in the house (lower level), we have parquet, which may creak (the ravages of time), we have a dog, a cat, so the accommodation is not anti-allergenic, there is no TV. Pets are welcome, upstairs you have about 90 m2. We have no neighbors, restaurant, grocery store about 10 minutes away. Please take these into account, if you have any questions, please ask before booking.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

At an altitude of about 600 meters, at the end of a sack road, surrounded by nature, you will find our cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station,... In our fast-paced time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)
