We have been renovating an old 1950’s dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private Rustic Rooster Room on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. River Front retreat

Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath post & beam style cabin. It sits on 4 acres with mountain access/views, and river views with easy access. We are directly on the New River with 330 feet of river frontage at the end of a private road with plenty of distance to the closest neighbor. The living room has a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with a pullout couch and 2 sets of French Doors opening onto the front porch and the spacious side covered porch.
