Our beautiful custom waterfront cabin is a perfect getaway for couples and small families. We are located on Mercer Creek Cove. The cabin is very relaxing and private. There is a boat ramp in the subdivision for your use. All bedding and bath towels are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, direct tv on 3 large flat screen TVs. Gas grill we provide the propane, custom built in bonfire pit just steps from the water. Hot tub that overlooks the Cove, private outdoor shower. We now have WIFI!

Happy Hills Cabin is located 30-35 minutes from Glendale blue oval FORD Plant ( monthly rates available)in the Sunset Harbor Community! located only a 1/4 mile from community ramp and swim area ,have coffee under our covered porch or side patio by the fire pit.We call it Happy Hills because it would be hard not to be happy up here, with lake access ,a beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and everything you need to have a memorable time, pets are allowed for a fee.
