Great accommodation, really very well equipped and hi Ning. Sea view room. Great bathroom with its waterfall shower as in the thermal cures. Sauna on the balcony, spa and massage mattress at the top!! We plan to return in the near future

We really didn’t want to leave, the house was perfect and met all our needs!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and lovingly furnished. There was everything you need. The location is great, several restaurants are within minutes walking distance. I would particularly like to highlight the fast and friendly communication with the hostess. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located close to the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, a very pleasant scent immediately entered our noses and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was available under the stairs in the entrance area, which we greatly appreciated, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was immaculately clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. swimming pool was under maintenance. Accommodation very good, nice to have an elevator. Small but functional. There was a defect with the shutter in the living room but was repaired very quickly with the help of Estelle. Would definitely rent this accommodation again.

Karine is very kind and warm. She even picked us up from the train station and also took us to the bus stop for the onward journey. From almost all places in the apartment you can see the sea. It is especially nice to watch the sunset from the balcony or even from the bed. In the apartment there is everything you need. It didn't bother us that there was no closet, only dressers. You can even play tennis within the residential complex. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

Pleasant quiet stay. Impeccable and spacious accommodation. The hosts are very available and attentive. The pool area is incredible, sheltered from the wind despite average temperatures. A kind of microclimate operates in this place. i recommend it.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

We stayed for two nights in this apartment which is very beautiful and functional. It is on the third floor without elevator access, has a private parking space which is very nice. The bedding is really good, there is everything you need. Really everything is perfect in this apartment which is located close to the sea and a 10 min walk from plenty of restaurants. We really enjoyed it. The hosting was really great, Laurent is very friendly and accommodating.

This house was right on the water in a quaint beautiful village! There were quite a few restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house was perfect for two families of 4 and they just added a bonus game room that was a hit! Communication was really good and we had no issues with the house at all. Would definitely stay there again!

A wonderful place to stay! The apartment is very cozy and spacious, perfect for our visit. Excellent location — right in the center of Courseulles-sur-Mer, across from a beautiful church, close to the fish market, and just a short walk to the sea. The town itself is charming and picturesque. We loved everything and would gladly come back!
