Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).

Located in a listed village, the house offers a magnificent garden where the meanders of the stream will lead you to a long shaded pond at the end of which you will discover the intimacy of an old wash house. The honey-coloured house is a cocoon of comfort with its wood-burning stove. The three bedrooms with exposed beams encourage rest. PS: the double bed in bedroom 1 can be transformed into 2 single beds

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-underground basement made of recycled materials and a new sofa bed Quiet thanks to its isolation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not stay alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into making this a cozy little nest for you.
