Great house for those who seek peace and tranquility, everything is clean and working. Well-equipped kitchen and cleaning products available. The view from the first floor balcony is beautiful! I spent great times with family, tranquility, barbecue and pool are the perfect combination.

We loved the stay at the house, it corresponds to everything the listing says. It is located close to the center, we were able to get around easily, the house is well equipped, we cooked every day we stayed in the house and bed and bath linens were also made available. Izabela was extremely helpful in everything we needed. Super indico and I intend to return soon.

The house is in a quiet place, close to downtown. The host responds fast, clean and comfortable home, excellent pool, ventilated area and spacious. Just as a negative point, not the house, it is the streets outside the center that are of beaten ground, this is all over the city. But the house in yes is a great place to stay with family and friends, I recommend.

House is just like the ad. Only the issue of the pool not being heated impacted our stay. We were only informed that the pool heater was having problems when we arrived at the house. Where it ended up being something very boring because the key point of renting the house was because of the heated pool due to my uncle who is elderly. With this, I suggest that you ask first about the pool if it is in full operation. Apart from this issue with the pool, Andreza was very attentive, whenever I needed to talk to her, she responded immediately. Our family settled well. Well spacious the house.

The accommodation met our expectations very well! The location is very good, in a practical and pleasant region. The space is cost-effective and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 young children (1 and 3 years). It is worth noting that, although the listing mentions capacity for 7 people, the extra sofa may be a little small for a taller adult. The host is super attentive and helpful, as are the people she designates to assist us. We feel very welcome. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay and the space perfectly met our needs. I recommend it!

What to say about Ana? Ana is a great host, always concerned with meeting our expectations and needs. Ana's house is great. There were 10 of us, and 4 pets, and it accommodated us perfectly, a cozy and warm house, for the weather that was going on, it made all the difference. 10 minutes by car, from the events courtyard, the residential area is quiet, very welcoming neighbors, it's here, a big thank you to Ana, for her incredible reception, I highly recommend it. 🥰🥰💕

From the moment I rented, Mr. Agostinho answered me promptly. He cleared up all my doubts and was very kind in making the check-in more flexible. I already knew Villa Hipica, it is wonderful and has attractions for all ages. The flat is impeccable, very well decorated, spacious and everything is in very good taste. The whole family loved the accommodation and we will definitely be back.

Very cozy flat, no different from the listing. The only point of attention would be the location of the flat in relation to the hotel's leisure area, as you need to go up the street to reach the hotel area.

The house exceeded all my expectations! It is very spacious, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary utensils. The green area is beautiful and super well maintained, bringing even more comfort and tranquility to the stay. It accommodated the whole family with great comfort. The caretaker, Mr. José Nilton, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication with the host, André, was always very fast and efficient, which made us even more relaxed. We will definitely return more often!

I spent 3 amazing days with my husband and our two pets. The house is excellent, comfortable and the fenced yard allowed us to let the dogs loose safely. We took the opportunity to make a fire and a barbecue, everything worked perfectly. Mr. Pierre and Zilda were exceptional hosts, always quick and attentive in their responses. I'd love to come back one day. I highly recommend it!
