Awesome and peaceful stay! Perfect size and great price for what we needed! The only complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t really work, but the freezer did and it honestly didn’t take away from our stay! It was quiet, private, easy to get to, clear instructions and plenty of parking space! I also felt very safe staying here as well! Would definitely stay again!

This was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a home away from home warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Every little detail added to the comfort and charm, making it the perfect retreat. The atmosphere was peaceful, the space was spotless, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Without a doubt, I’ll be booking again.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Susanna’s listing was an absolute 10 out of 10. Her communication skills were exceptional, and she was incredibly prompt in resolving any issues we may have encountered. I highly recommend her establishment to any friend I have who plans to visit Dallas. She was truly amazing and one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for making our experience so beautiful.

This place was perfect for a relaxing environment to work and attend a conference at the convention center. It had everything we needed for the length of stay and was convenient for all we needed to do in downtown Fort Worth! We will stay again next time we are in town!

Jay was very helpful, called, texted, and made sure we were okay. There were a lot of accommodations: tea, coffee, q-tips, flossers, cotton balls, things you might’ve forgotten. All pictures were very accurate. Very convenient location, right in between the stockyards and downtown Fort Worth, and easy access right off the highway. When we come back, this will be the first place we look to stay.

I had a wonderful stay. I spent four months here on a business trip, working remotely. The location was excellent; it was quiet, and Asongue was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

I had such a lovely stay here! The apartment itself is super clean, very nicely decorated, and minimalist in a way that I really like. It had everything I needed for several days, including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, televisions in two rooms, a wonderful bathtub, and a really excellent bed among other things. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, looking out at the oak trees. I used the gym and had great walks around nearby White Rock Lake. Shopping in the area was great with grocery stores and banks and restaurants very nearby. It’s just very well located in general. Parking was ultra easy. Overall, just a great place to stay in Dallas and I honestly can’t wait to return to this very spot should I have such good fortune.

Keteyian’s place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. They were responsive when I got lost and were very patient with all my questions. I would recommend it for a stay in Addison.

My friends and I came to town for a concert and we really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb is about a 10-15 minute drive to Globe Life Field and the AT&T Stadium so, very convenient. The area felt very safe and was easy for Ubers to find. Check-In was clear and effortless, and the Airbnb itself was very clean— which was greatly appreciated. We used some of the amenities like the washer/dryer and ironing board with no issues. There were three of us staying here and we all fit comfortably. The host sent clear instructions on everything and made sure we knew they could be contacted in case of anything. Overall, an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb!

Guys if you're the type that sits there and does a massive amount of research before finally deciding on a place, you're in luck, this one hits all the marks. Free parking was a HUGE bonus. Parking in this city is tough and expensive, so having a free spot available to us at all times was really nice. The place is pristine. Extremely clean. Has the amenities you need, all the kitchen stuff you need. Comfortable bed. Easy and quick to get in and out of the place. Central location close to a lot of the attractions in Dallas. Friendly and responsive host. You really can't go wrong with this one. I can't really think of anything that would have made it any better except for maybe having an extra bed/pull out sofa for additional guests/kids. Also, the view of the city is amazing. Great value when you consider everything. Thank you for the great experience!!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and the gated parking made things super convenient and secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s in a great central location to get to all of the Dallas attractions. The place was very clean and cozy. We appreciated the provided water, coffee, and other small touches that made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the closets spacious. The complex had really nice amenities, especially the beautiful pool. The host provided very clear instructions on getting into the parking garage & condo. She was also very responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

The apartment was exactly as described. neighborhood and complex were very quiet and in a great location near lots of restaurants and shops. Apartment was super clean and the docking station and dual monitors were great to have for working during rhe day. Definitely would stay again next time in town!

We were very happy with our stay. It was exactly like the photos and Jae &Kat were very detailed in accommodations and how to get around the place. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice flat, well located and well equipped. Mona was helpful at all steps and very friendly.

I came back here for the second time. Everything was perfect! The bed linens were high quality, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard pool is wonderful… the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely come back!
