Very comfortable home in Sun serra. Hot tub is off the deck. Pool is steps away. River veiws with parks within walking distance. Boat launches are 5 minutes from home. Tennis pickle ball and basketball courts. There are 2 golfcourses. The par three couuse on site has free golf for my home. My home has a master California king bed. The second room has 2 full beds and a twin bunk bed. My attached garage is available for toys. Have a golf cart on property for use.

In the winter, you're a short 45-minute drive from skiing at Mission Ridge. Stop on your way back at the wineries on the hill for a tasting, then eat at the local restaurants before turning in.
