Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.

A few steps from the house there is also Skolparken where there is a small playground for children and which is perfect for taking the dog for a walk.
